Customer Care Representative

Adecco is currently assisting a reputable company, recruiting for Remote Customer Service jobs in multiple states. These positions are temp to hire opportunities, with starting pay rates of $16.00 per hour, plus overtime. These roles would require training without requesting any PTO for at least 45 days. This position requires candidates to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with... varying degrees of questions or concerns, identify and resolve complaints, using phone, email and chat systems.
