Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst – Customer Growth & Site Marketing to join our U.S. Consumer Services Group on a part‑time, remote basis. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end execution of strategic campaigns, product launches, and data‑driven initiatives that enhance the digital experience for our cardholder base. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners—including Marketing, Product, Technology, Compliance, and Operations—to translate insights into actionable strategies that increase engagement, drive incremental revenue, and reinforce arenaflex’s position as the most trusted financial partner for consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns (website, paid media, email, direct mail, and mobile) that promote new credit, loan, and reward products.
  • Own the day‑to‑day management of the site channel for the consumer card portfolio, ensuring campaign performance aligns with revenue and acquisition targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities through rigorous analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive intelligence; partner with stakeholders to prioritize and implement enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights that inform product positioning, messaging, and channel strategy.
  • Develop monthly forecasting models and performance dashboards that track key metrics such as activation rates, spend lift, and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead cross‑functional “test‑and‑learn” initiatives, designing experiments, measuring outcomes, and scaling successful tactics across the portfolio.
  • Support the creation of compelling content and creative assets that resonate with target segments while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies, ensuring all campaigns meet legal, risk, and data‑privacy standards.

Essential Qualifications
