Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Assist the Social Media Manager in curating, creating, and scheduling engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor each channel for trending topics, community conversations, and brand mentions; respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with a personable, on‑brand tone.
  • Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaign concepts, seasonal promotions, and user‑generated content initiatives.
  • Utilize social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to maintain a consistent posting calendar and ensure optimal publishing times.
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, click‑through rates, and conversion data; compile weekly and monthly reports that highlight successes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and recommend new platforms, features, or content formats that align with arenaflex’s growth strategy.

Customer Service Support

  • Provide prompt, empathetic assistance to customers via email, live chat, and social media channels, addressing product inquiries, order status, returns, and technical questions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex’s product line, warranty policies, and shipping procedures to deliver accurate information.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., fulfillment, technical support, product development) while ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
  • Manage and respond to reviews on third‑party sites (e.g., Trustpilot, Google Reviews), turning negative feedback into opportunities for service recovery and brand strengthening.
  • Document recurring customer concerns and share insights with marketing, product, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Reporting

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, OR equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in social media management, community moderation, or customer service—internships or freelance projects are also considered.
