Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry & Transportation Analytics Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the Transportation Fleet operations. Your day-to-day contributions will ensure that critical data flows seamlessly across multiple platforms, enabling leadership to make informed business decisions. Core responsibilities include:

• Transportation Fleet Support: Provide dedicated administrative and analytical assistance to the arenaflex Transportation Fleet team, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation of all fleet-related activities.
• Stakeholder Consultation: Regularly consult and communicate with managers, supervisors, and cross-functional leaders to define, clarify, and prioritize enterprise data needs and reporting requirements.
• Data Integration Across Platforms: Integrate multiple data sources across various database platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of information for the Transportation department and broader organization.
• Spreadsheet Development and Maintenance: Build, create, and maintain multiple complex Excel spreadsheets used for operational tracking, performance metrics, cost analysis, and strategic reporting.
• Report Generation: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing transportation performance, fleet utilization, and key logistics indicators for management review.
• Data Quality Assurance: Conduct routine audits of data entries and database records to identify discrepancies, correct errors, and uphold the integrity of operational information.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows, reduce manual entry, and enhance the overall efficiency of the Transportation department's information systems.
• Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive operational and personnel data with the highest level of discretion, in full compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:

• Microsoft Excel Expertise: Previous hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel is required. You should be comfortable building, formatting, and managing complex spreadsheets using formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization tools.
• Background Check: Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check as a condition of employment.
• Drug Screening: Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Reliable Work-from-Home Setup: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for handling data-intensive tasks and virtual collaboration.
