AWS Cloud & Kubernetes DevOps Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with experience in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, observability, automation, and enterprise platform management. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams. Required Technical Skills

  • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services, including:
  • EC2
  • EFS
  • RDS
  • Application Load Balancer (ALB)
  • IAM
  • S3
  • Implement infrastructure best practices for security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Manage, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes/EKS clusters.
  • Experience with Kubernetes deployments, integrations, upgrades, and cluster maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Helm chart deployment and management
  • KEDA for event-driven autoscaling
  • NGINX Ingress Controller or NGINX Gateway
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools, including:
  • Prometheus
  • Alertmanager
  • Grafana
  • Splunk
  • Monitor system performance, availability, reliability, and capacity.
  • Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
  • Experience with Fluent Bit for log collection and forwarding.
  • Experience with MongoDB administration and operations.
  • Knowledge of pgvector or vector-based database extensions.
  • Experience with Keycloak for authentication, authorization, and identity management.
  • Experience using:
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • Bitbucket
  • Develop, implement, and support document generation and automation solutions using SmartDocument.
  • Build and maintain automated operational processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage Kubernetes/EKS environments and support application deployments.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable automation solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Develop and execute backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Perform system performance tuning and capacity planning.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues.
  • Ensure adherence to operational best practices and security standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise-scale Kubernetes environments.
  • Knowledge of modern cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-related infrastructure components and vector databases.
  • AWS certifications and Kubernetes certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • AWS certification
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, IAM, S3, Lambda)
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes/EKS (i.e., deployments, integrations, configuration)
  • Experience with document generation or automation platforms (e.g., SmartDocuments, DocuSign CLM, Adobe PDF Services)
  • Experience with Linux and Windows environments
  • Scripting skills for system automation, configuration management, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD framework and pipeline software such as Jenkins
