They are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the sales and account management teams, ensuring efficiency and organization while generating reports and managing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales and account management teams
• Ensure teams have the tools, materials, and information needed to perform at their best
• Generate and manage reports that help the team and our clients make data-driven decisions
• Create, track, and maintain contracts and key sales documents
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all documentation
• Support and refine internal workflows across CRM, renewals, and onboarding
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
• Maintain best practice guides, templates, and key materials
• Ensure consistency in internal communication and execution
• Act as a reliable, collaborative team player
• Contribute to a positive, organised, and high-performing team culture

Skills

• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data handling

• Experience in FMCG or retail sectors

• Familiarity with NielsenIQ or similar data platforms
