- Follow established call flows and quality standards while personalizing each interaction to meet customer needs
- Accurately document customer requirements, outcomes, and interactions across multiple systems
- Collaborate effectively with sales and support teams to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-up
- Adapt quickly to changing business priorities while maintaining high-quality communication standards
- Identify potential sales opportunities and qualify leads to support business growth
- Maintain a professional demeanor and build rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within a call center or similar environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with outbound dialing systems or high-volume calling environments
- Ability to navigate multiple applications seamlessly during live interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for business-to-business interactions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
