[Remote] Creative Associate | Graphic Design
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BattleAxe Digital is seeking a Creative Associate to support the design and development of digital content for websites and campaigns. This entry-level creative role offers hands-on experience across design, web, and digital media, focusing on producing graphics and maintaining website content.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce graphics across digital mediums — including emails, digital ads, social media, and occasional print
- Design and build responsive web pages and landing pages
- Maintain and update website content
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials
Skills
- 1–2+ years of experience in a design or web-focused creative role
- Experience designing and styling for web — understanding responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
- Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Proficient in HTML/CSS
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms
- Proficient skills in at least two of the following mediums: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take and apply feedback constructively
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new design and web technologies
- Familiarity with JavaScript and basic front-end interactivity
- Fluent in Spanish
