Content & Communications Producer

Tropic Skincare is a rapidly growing beauty business committed to creating innovative and sustainable skincare products. They are seeking a Content & Communications Producer to craft engaging content for various communication platforms, focusing on training and community engagement while embracing AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and produce Ambassador emails, including event invitations, incentive updates, recognition campaigns and targeted communications
• Ensure every communication is beautifully presented, mobile-first and optimised for engagement
• Source, organise and manage imagery, assets and supporting content for communications
• Support email testing and performance analysis, using insights to continually improve results
• Creation of automated Ambassador communications within our systems and CRM platforms
• Produce presentation decks, learning materials, workbooks, guides and toolkits for training programmes and live sessions
• Support the creation of learning content for Tropic Pro, and use AI-powered video tools such as Synthesia to create polished training videos and bite-sized explainers
• Create content for our Ambassador and Leader Facebook communities, including recognition posts, product spotlights, polls and bite-sized learning
• Adapt training and communications into engaging, social-ready formats
• Embrace AI tools and emerging technology to improve efficiency and creativity
• Build templates, processes and content systems that help the team work smarter
• Stay curious about new platforms, trends and best practices

Skills

• A strong eye for design, layout and visual storytelling
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Confidence using Email design programmes, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
• Experience building emails or working with CRM platforms
• A genuine interest in AI, technology and finding smarter ways of working
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A user-first mindset, always thinking about how content will be received and experienced
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar; familiarity with AI video tools such as Synthesia is a bonus
• Experience creating content for social media or online communities
• A background in beauty, training, education, community management or customer engagement
