Position Overview – Specialty Pharmacy Service Representative (Remote – Texas)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented, and compassionate individual to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team as a Customer Service Representative. In this remote role, you will serve as the vital link between patients, insurance providers, healthcare professionals, and internal pharmacy teams, ensuring that specialty medication orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and with the utmost care.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
