The National Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for leading the Ford Pro relationship with large commercial customers. The NAM is expected to be the subject matter experts on Ford Pro vehicles and coordinate with Ford Pro Charging/Ford Pro Intelligence/Ford Pro Service subject matter experts to deliver true end-to-end solutions to Ford Pro commercial customers. What you'll do... Achieve objectives & key results with ICE / BEV vehicle sales, Charging, Telematics and Service solutions. Develop Competitive Price Allowance (CPA) proposals for commercial sales. Provide counsel to fleets on new product offerings, production and distribution timing and total cost of ownership analysis. Participate in fleet conventions, associations, and other fleet industry events at the local and national levels. Access and rely daily on a range of Ford systems: FBMS, Vincent, Vehicle Visibility, FIMPs, CONCEPs, NAVIS, GFIN, SAMS... etc. West Region: Phoenix, AZ (home based). You'll have... Bachelor Degree required. 5+ years of sales experience as well as data-driven decision making. Strong Product/Company/fleet automotive industry knowledge as well as Ford/automotive systems knowledge. Must be willing to travel up to 50% (including overnight). Must reside in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding area. Well-rounded business acumen. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Excellent customer relationship/interpersonal skills required to support direct customer contact. This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$180,000. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
