Role Overview – Remote Customer Care Associate

As a Remote Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will combine visual merchandising expertise with hands‑on order fulfillment responsibilities. You will use our proprietary filtering and picking technology to locate, select, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring that every package meets our exacting quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Selection & Verification: Operate arenaflex’s advanced filtering and picking system to locate items in the warehouse, verify SKU accuracy, and confirm that each order is complete before it moves to the shipping stage.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections of products to detect any damage, defects, or discrepancies, and document findings for immediate resolution.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and flag over‑, under‑, or damaged items, collaborating with the fulfillment team to correct issues promptly and prevent downstream delays.
  • Physical Handling: Safely lift and move items up to 75 lb unassisted and larger items (150 lb+) either with team assistance or mechanical aids, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Shift Flexibility: Work a flexible schedule of approximately 28 hours per week, including at least two weekend shifts per month and the option to take a four‑hour shift on any weekend as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication in English with teammates, supervisors, and internal support teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on workflow efficiencies, suggest process enhancements, and participate in regular training sessions to stay current with arenaflex’s evolving technology stack.

Essential Qualifications
