Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end‑to‑end execution of the Customer Insight Center’s product roadmap, ensuring data is captured accurately, securely, and in a manner that supports internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, document, and continuously refine methodologies, prioritization frameworks, and operating procedures for the Customer Insight Center.
  • Design and scale tools that meet the privacy and security requirements of internal teams when ingesting, processing, and analyzing customer data.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center.
  • Stay current with industry trends in customer behavior analytics, data privacy, security, and compliance, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, arenaflex Interface, Data Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer insight solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and privacy.
  • Provide regular training and documentation to internal users, ensuring they understand how to leverage the platform effectively while adhering to privacy standards.
  • Participate in cross‑functional incident response drills and audits to validate the robustness of data handling processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or a similar role, preferably within a large‑scale, consumer‑facing organization.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling data‑intake tools that comply with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with SQL or other query languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
