Role Overview – Content & Customer Experience Specialist (Remote)

As a Content & Customer Experience Specialist within arenaflex’s Sales Enablement & Digital Content team, you will be the champion of content strategy and the voice of the customer for our most critical sales‑enablement initiatives. Working fully remotely from anywhere in the United States, you will partner with cross‑functional teams—including Program Management, Channel Projects, and Product Management—to design, develop, and deliver compelling content that drives adoption, accelerates sales cycles, and enhances the overall customer journey.
