  • Define operational specifications, translate business requirements into technical designs, and conduct thorough requirement analyses.
  • Establish and enforce design, architecture, and recovery standards that enable scalable, multi‑group disaster‑recovery plans.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation, validation, and rollback strategies to minimize risk during system upgrades or migrations.
  • Lead root‑cause investigations using both standard and custom problem‑management tools, driving swift resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product management, engineering, and support—to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide on‑premise and remote technical readiness, delivery support, and solution development for a diverse portfolio of customers.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, security frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
