Industry: Retails (E-Commerce) Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and creative Graphic Designer to join our expanding marketing team. As a high-end retailer representing both international and local baby brands, we offer a dynamic environment where you will work across multiple consumer brands and gain valuable commercial experience. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or emerging designer looking to build hands-on experience while being mentored by experienced marketers and creatives. Main Responsibilities You will be responsible for creating a wide range of digital and marketing assets, including:
- Social media graphics, reels, and carousel posts
- EDM and email marketing assets
- Digital advertisements and promotional content
- Sales collateral, brochures, and presentations
- Blog and website imagery
- Creative assets for marketing campaigns
- Product promotion and branding materials
- Basic hand sketches and visual concepts for campaigns, store layouts, product displays, or creative presentations
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

- A recent Graphic Design graduate
- An emerging designer seeking commercial experience
- Looking for your first industry role
- Seeking overseas experience and exposure to Australian standards
Ideally, you will have:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field
- Strong Canva skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign)
- A good eye for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback
- Hand-sketching ability and SketchUp skills for conceptual design, layout visualization, or presentation purposes
- Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) is an advantage
- Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
