Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for

  • Providing exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet
  • Resolving routine problems and answering questions regarding client products and services
  • Utilizing your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need
  • The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both Spanish and English
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing Essential Qualifications
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
