This individual will manage an active requisition load of approximately 15 roles, primarily spanning wireless engineering, RF, spacecraft systems, and related technical disciplines at the mid to senior level, with occasional requisitions for administrative, operational, and executive support functions. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise in aerospace and wireless recruiting, an established candidate network, and the flexibility to handle a broad range of role types — all with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where quality and speed are para mount.Responsibil
