Job Title: Seasonal Customer Service Agents - Georgia (Remote – W-2 Agents) Company: Tyme Global Technologies Location: Remote – Open to applicants residing in Georgia only Pay: $15.00 per hour Job Type: Temporary | Seasonal | Part-time Full Job Description Tyme Global Technologies is seeking Seasonal Customer Service Agents to join our remote team during hurricane season. In this role, you’ll take inbound calls and assist individuals affected by natural disasters with empathy, professionalism, and care. This is a W-2 employee position with paid training. You’ll work from home while making a meaningful impact during critical moments. Only candidates located in Georgia will be considered. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers affected by hurricanes
• Provide empathetic and accurate support
• Document call outcomes in company systems
• Attend a paid 1–2 day virtual training session before activation
• Remain on standby for rapid deployment during hurricane season

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Must reside in Georgia
• Previous call centre or high-volume customer support experience required
• Fluent in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage
• Strong multitasking ability across multiple systems while on live calls
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace

Technical Requirements:

• Desktop or laptop (no Chromebooks or tablets)
• Windows 10 or higher (64-bit only)
• 8GB RAM minimum
• CPU: Intel i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen (no Atom or Celeron processors)

Wired internet (Ethernet only) with:

• 20 Mbps download speed (minimum)
• 20 Mbps upload speed (minimum)
• Network latency no more than 250 ms
• Noise-cancelling headset

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and ID verification
• Must complete a technology compatibility check
• Must successfully complete an assessment
