Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant web applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS), utilizing services such as EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, and Lambda to build robust cloud-based solutions.
- Develop Proof-of-Concept (POC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) projects to validate innovative architectures, assess feasibility, and deliver rapid iterations that align with arenaflex's strategic objectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code across front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and incorporating feedback to continuously improve the quality of the codebase.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into detailed software design specifications, performance requirements, and technical documentation that guide development efforts.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing software applications, identifying root causes of defects and implementing effective solutions to maintain system reliability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies, advocating for best practices that enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Design and implement new software features and modules, enhancing existing applications to meet evolving business needs and customer expectations.
- Utilize Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to deliver incremental value through frequent releases and iterative improvements.

- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, optimize application performance, and ensure high availability and reliability of all production systems.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in full stack web development, with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with back-end development using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Django, or similar server-side frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, IAM, VPC, and Lambda.
- Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker) and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS).
- Comprehensive knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven design patterns.
- Strong understanding of database systems, both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), with proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
- Extensive experience working in Linux/Unix environments, including command-line tools, shell scripting, and system administration.
