Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy that aligns with arenaflex’s business objectives, emphasizing observability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Toolchain Design & Management: Architect, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using industry‑leading tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Build and manage declarative infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or similar technologies, ensuring consistent provisioning across multi‑cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS).
- Automation & Scripting: Develop reusable automation scripts in Python, Go, or Bash to streamline deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes.
- Security Integration: Partner with security teams to embed vulnerability scanning, secret management, and compliance checks directly into the pipeline, adhering to industry standards such as HIPAA and ISO 27001.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing, building, and operating large‑scale DevOps solutions in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
- Proven expertise with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation, including the ability to write modular, reusable code.
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, with extensive experience configuring Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
