Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with senior executives to develop comprehensive communication plans that align with corporate objectives, brand guidelines, and audience insights.
  • Content Development: Craft compelling narratives, speeches, blog posts, social media updates, and multimedia assets that reflect the voice of arenaflex’s leadership.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the executive social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), ensuring consistency, relevance, and engagement.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Public Relations, Legal, Diversity & Inclusion, and IT teams to coordinate messaging, secure approvals, and maintain compliance.
  • Audience Insight & Segmentation: Analyze audience data, market trends, and sentiment metrics to tailor communication tactics that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Storytelling & Narrative Architecture: Design story arcs that translate complex business initiatives into relatable, human‑focused stories that inspire trust and action.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Establish KPIs, track performance, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
  • Leadership Coaching & Enablement: Coach senior leaders on media best practices, presentation skills, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Crisis & Reputation Management: Identify potential reputation risks, develop proactive response plans, and act as a trusted advisor during high‑stakes situations.
  • Innovation & Tool Adoption: Champion emerging communication technologies, platforms, and analytics tools to keep arenaflex at the forefront of digital storytelling.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in communications, public affairs, or corporate storytelling, preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi‑channel communication strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of crafting clear, concise, and compelling content.
  • Experience managing executive social media accounts and understanding platform‑specific best practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of collaboration and accountability.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Meltwater) and a data‑driven mindset.
  • Clear background check eligibility, including the ability to pass arenaflex’s Cloud Personal Background Investigation and any required security screenings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MA, or equivalent) in Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in executive communications, brand storytelling, or strategic public affairs.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting C‑suite leaders in fast‑moving technology or SaaS environments.
  • Deep familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and emerging digital channels.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional projects that involve legal, compliance, and diversity & inclusion stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior communicators and build high‑performing teams.
  • Certification in crisis communication, media training, or related specialties.
