The Global Equity Operations team at arenaflex is responsible for managing the company’s equity-based compensation programs, including stock options, Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist on this team, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in maintaining the integrity of these programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Process Equity Award Releases: Handle the processing and release of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and matching share awards associated with stock purchase plans. This requires careful attention to timing, eligibility, and vesting schedules.
  • Review Equity Transaction Activity: Examine transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities. Your role is to confirm that purchases, releases, settlements, and reporting are accurate and completed on time.
  • Respond to Participant Inquiries: Research, track, and respond to questions received from plan participants, process partners, and other internal stakeholders. You’ll be a key point of contact for equity-related questions and will help ensure a positive experience for every participant.
  • Support Award Granting and Enrollment: Assist with the administration of equity-based long-term incentive award grants and stock purchase plan enrollment activities. This includes preparing documentation, updating records, and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Produce Ad-Hoc Data Analytics and Reports: Generate custom reports and data analyses as needed to support ongoing operations, leadership requests, and strategic decision-making.
