Position Overview

arenaflex is currently seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated E-Commerce Social Media Coordinator and Customer Experience Associate to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management and Content Creation

  • Assist in managing, curating, and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Monitor social media channels for emerging trends, audience conversations, comments, and direct messages, responding promptly and in a personable, on-brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the social media manager and broader marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative campaign ideas, promotional strategies, and content calendars.
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools, ensuring consistent timing and strategic distribution of content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics, compiling data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep arenaflex's social media presence innovative and effective.

Customer Service and Client Support

  • Serve as a frontline representative for arenaflex by promptly responding to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns across multiple channels, including email, live chat, and social media messaging platforms.
  • Address and resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset, striving for complete customer satisfaction on every interaction.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive customer inquiries to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up and full resolution.
  • Manage and respond to customer reviews and ratings, encouraging positive feedback and professionally addressing any negative comments to protect and enhance arenaflex's brand reputation.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and company policies in order to provide accurate, helpful assistance to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of products, services, and customer experience processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Reporting

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that social media efforts align with broader business objectives and brand initiatives.
  • Share customer insights, feedback, and emerging trends with relevant departments to inform product improvements, marketing strategies, and service enhancements.
  • Assist in compiling, organizing, and presenting data for regular social media performance reports and customer service summaries.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback during team meetings, helping to shape the future direction of arenaflex's digital presence and customer engagement strategy.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Prior experience or internship in social media management, digital marketing, or customer service is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, empathetically, and persuasively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage content schedules, multiple projects, and customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with major social media platforms and an understanding of their unique features, audience preferences, and engagement patterns.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of customer service principles and best practices, with the ability to handle inquiries patiently and professionally.
  • Adaptability and a genuine willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and platforms as the digital landscape evolves.
  • Creative mindset with a strong interest in staying informed about social media trends, digital culture, and emerging content formats.

  • Prior experience or familiarity with electric vehicle aftermarket accessories is a plus.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Tustin, CA 92780 before the start of employment.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The anticipated estimated salary range for this position is $20 to $28 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

Schedule and Work Location

This is a full-time position based in our Tustin, CA 92780 office. The standard schedule is an 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday, with no night shifts or weekend work required. Occasional weekends or overtime may be needed based on business demands. The role is in-person, and candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to the Tustin, CA area before beginning employment.
