Web Services Project Coordinator
Web Services Project Coordinator We're looking for a Web Services Project Coordinator who enjoys working directly with customers, managing multiple website projects, and building clean, professional websites using a template-based, managed Wordpress CMS platform. This role combines front-end web design and project management—guiding customers through a structured website build process from kickoff to launch.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate 25-30 customer website projects using a phased approach
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and guide customers through the design process, including theme selection, styling, and website content integration.
- Build and design websites using pre-designed templates (no custom development) and assisting customers in utilizing integrated CRM software features.
- Provide expert advice on website best practices and process efficiencies
- Provide CMS training to customers through both one-on-one sessions and live webinars, ensuring they feel confident managing their websites post-launch
- Utilize project management tools (such as GuideCX) to track project progress, manage timelines, and maintain organization across multiple projects
- Communicate progress, manage timelines, and set clear expectations
- Collaborate with a supportive, close-knit web services team

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in web design, website project management, or a similar role
- Experience working with a CMS (WordPress preferred; Beaver Builder a plus) and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript frameworks such as JQuery is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfort managing multiple projects and customer conversations
