Construction Administration Specialist

In this role, you will be working as a Construction Administration Specialist for a client that works in the architecture industry. This position will be responsible for ensuring construction projects are executed from concept to completion. This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role can be worked remote as long as someone is in Texas. Pay; $60,000-65,000/Yr. Job requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Architecture etc..
- Experience with construction administration - able to review plans, shop drawings, submittals etc..
- Able to wok with project managers, contractors, vendors and clients
- Track project milestones, schedules and deliverables
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices
- Knowledge of construction codes, permits, and safety regulations is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
