Key Responsibilities of the Remote Customer Service Associate

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following core qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in a customer service, client support, or related role, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally across various channels.
