About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound customer communications through multiple channels including phone, live chat, and email. Ensure timely, professional, and empathetic responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Personalized Shopping Assistance: Guide customers through their shopping experience, understanding their unique needs and preferences. Offer tailored product recommendations based on the type of pet, dietary requirements, age, and specific concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally. Troubleshoot problems, process returns, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied with their resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product catalog, including pet food brands, toys, accessories, and supplies. Utilize our internal knowledge base and resources to provide accurate and helpful information.
