Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing home-based support team. In this role, you will represent arenaflex and our partner brands by providing thoughtful, efficient, and empathetic service to customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns received via phone, email, and live chat. Use active listening skills to understand the customer's needs and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
  • Order and Shipment Support: Assist customers with placing orders, modifying existing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and managing account-related requests. Proactively communicate any delays or issues that may impact the customer experience.
  • Issue Escalation and Follow-Up: Identify situations that require additional support from senior team members or specialized departments. Document all relevant information clearly and ensure that escalated cases are followed through to resolution.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a positive, knowledgeable ambassador for arenaflex and the partner brands you support. Uphold brand voice, tone, and service standards in every interaction.
  • Policy and Procedure Compliance: Follow established arenaflex guidelines, scripts, and compliance protocols while still bringing your authentic, human touch to each conversation. Escalate policy exceptions appropriately when needed.
  • Documentation and Quality: Accurately log customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in our CRM and ticketing systems. Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and trends you observe.
