Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a broad set of responsibilities that directly influence the growth and health of our third‑party seller ecosystem. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:

  • Conducting thorough market research to identify product selection gaps, emerging trends, and seasonal opportunities across the U.S. marketplace.
  • Developing and executing go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that attract high‑potential sellers to the arenaflex platform, focusing on niche categories and high‑margin products.
  • Prospecting, qualifying, and onboarding new sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and one‑on‑one presentations, ensuring a smooth transition onto the arenaflex marketplace.
  • Collaborating with internal teams—including Category Management, Pricing, Operations, and Customer Experience—to align seller onboarding with broader business objectives.
  • Providing data‑driven insights and best‑practice guidance to sellers, helping them optimize listings, pricing, fulfillment, and advertising to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring competitor activity, market dynamics, and seller performance metrics to proactively recommend adjustments to strategy and tactics.
  • Resolving seller‑related issues by coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective problem‑solving.
  • Maintaining accurate records of seller interactions, performance data, and market analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal CRM tools.
  • Participating in regular team meetings, sharing success stories, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement of the seller acquisition process.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, consumer packaged goods (FMCG), or related industries.
