Thomson Reuters is a leading provider of trusted journalism and technology solutions, and they are seeking an Implementation Consultant to architect and deliver solutions on the HighQ platform. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing training, and managing multiple client accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a value-add service to Legal Software customers through training, implementation and best practice consulting
  • Work with customers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on how our services and solutions can help them achieve their goals
  • Engage with key teams such as Product Management & Customer Success + Support as appropriate to deliver end to end solutions
  • Partner with leadership on business-critical initiatives
