Client Services Specialist
Fulton Bank is dedicated to making a positive impact in local communities and is seeking a Client Services Specialist to support their Private Bank sales team. This role focuses on providing high-quality customer service, handling service-related issues, and building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the delivery of quality client experience by quickly and courteously responding to client needs
- Collaborates with Fulton Private Bank sales team to research and provide answers to internal/external client inquiries. Communicates solutions either directly or indirectly with clients
- Participates in projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience
- Performs a variety of highly skilled administrative duties including but not limited to researching and compiling data and reports, preparing for committee meetings, and processing transfers and invoices for payment
- Responds to all internal and external emails in a timely manner, handling internal/external client needs with confidentiality, tact, discretion, accuracy and diplomacy
- Performs administrative functions of the business unit, with confidence, and sound judgment, including filing, copying, scanning, supply ordering, meeting coordinating, answering phones, greeting visitors and scheduling appointments etc
- Adheres to all compliance/risk procedures and follows corporate and industry protocols
- Works as a team to provide coverage for multiple areas of Fulton Private Bank
- Participates in training new employees
- May be asked to become a Notary
- May complete professional training and progress toward certifications
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: general studies
- 1 or more years administration supporting financial services or sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Comprehends account agreements
- Proficient with mathematical computations
- Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs and inquiries simultaneously
- Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to build and maintain good team member working relationships
- 3 or more years Financial services experience
