As a Global Accounts Executive at Danaher Diagnostics, you will partner with operating companies to deliver integrated diagnostic solutions to top global accounts. Your responsibilities include cultivating strong relationships with global health systems, managing opportunities and deployment projects, and engaging executive sponsors to ensure customer satisfaction. You will lead business operations within Large Network Groups, expand client relationships, address customer issues, and sell at strategic levels while collaborating with functional teams across sales, operations, and services. By developing insightful account plans and business strategies aligned with customer and company goals, you will drive growth, market share, and brand awareness through customized offerings that simplify supply chains and strengthen industry partnerships, leveraging Danaher’s expertise to enhance both customer outcomes and business performance. This position is part of a small and nimble sales team that are growth experts in diagnostics, and is a fully remote role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Strategic Relationship Management: Build and nurture strategic, C-suite relationships across large network groups and global accounts, transforming interactions into long-term partnerships focused on mutual value. Account Planning & Growth: Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans that align with customer business and financial goals, driving sustained partnerships and consistent revenue growth. Commercial Leadership: Lead all commercial activities, including sales pipeline management, RFP oversight, and compliant deal closure to achieve positive margin expansion. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal cross-functional teams—including sales, service, and delivery operations—to ensure unified execution and attainment of account objectives. Customer Engagement & Service Delivery: Oversee all aspects of customer engagement to guarantee high-quality service delivery from installation through post-maintenance, promptly addressing and escalating issues as necessary. Team Leadership & Market Insight: Provide informal leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to regional and operating company commercial teams, while continuously researching customer needs to position Beckman Coulter as the partner of choice. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree (preferably in business or sciences); Master's degree preferred. 20+ years of sales experience, with at least 15 years specifically in hospital or laboratory settings. Complex Deal Management: Proven ability to manage and successfully close large, complex deals. Executive Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication, negotiation, and demonstrated ability to deliver excellent executive-level presentations. Customer Focus & Project Management: A customer-focused mindset combined with solid project management skills. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Hospital operating financials and healthcare economics Strategic Business Acumen: Ability to deeply understand customer business and financial goals, translating them into a sound strategy that positions Beckman Coulter as their partner of choice, with a strong grasp of LAB operating financials and healthcare economics. Collaborative Sales Leadership: A track record of collaborating with and providing informal leadership to local sales teams, offering overall account strategy, and ensuring accountability for day-to-day tactics.
