We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we're committed to making a difference. Parexel FSP is recruiting for a Recruitment Data Analyst to support our FSP talent acquisition function. This is a remote role, we are open to candidates based anywhere in Argentina. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our recruitment processes, analyzing recruitment metrics, and providing valuable insights to improve our hiring strategies. Should be solution-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Must have a strong analytical mentality, and strong collaborative skills to help design solutions with recruitment team leaders. Responsibilities · Responsible for creating and generating reports that provide analytics to the global recruiting team up to executive management; develop and manage weekly, monthly & quarterly reports · Respond quickly to ad-hoc data requests inclusive of research, reporting, and analysis requests from recruiting team members, as well as Operations, Business Development, and other Parexel departments · Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in the hiring process · Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment · Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations · Support the development and implementation of new recruitment strategies based on data insights · Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment operations through process mapping and optimization · Develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving research, reporting, and analysis efficiency · Develop and present key findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders, communicating the approaches taken as well as potential limitations and caveats Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required · At least 2 years of experience in HR analytics or similar · Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) · Proven track record of developing creative solutions to complex and ambiguous problems, and effective cross-team collaboration across functions and levels · Ability to pose complex strategic decisions for management to present to business leaders with clarity and precision · Problem solver with an eye towards continuous improvement and automating processes to scale · Ability to search databases with precise logic-based querying (Workday, LinkedIn, Salesforce) · Ability to analyze and extract intelligence from large and obscure data sets · Advanced data manipulation and transformation skills · Decision making/problem solving skills · Energetic, enthusiastic self-starter · Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; Workday experience is a plus · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment · Knowledge of recruitment metrics and KPIs Apply To This Job
