About the Role
Responsible for the result of indicators: Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Must apply the philosophy of HPS
What You Will Do
Assist in the preparation of visual aids by station for the production process. Update process documentation as PFMEA, Flowcharts, VJI’s JSA’s, etc. Check results and perform analysis of the different situations to optimize the use of labor. Comply with quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through established communication channels. Support engineering running Work in improving the ergonomics and safety of workstations. Participate in Gemba walks to improve workstations. Fabricate modify and modify racks, tables, workstations, part presentation. Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets, and programs. Be part of projects coordination & continuous improvement. other activity assigned by the supervisor. What You Need to Be Successful Computer knowledge (Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) Basic English (Understanding simple oral or written instructions) High School. 1 year of prior experience in Engineering Demands effort to analyze and diagnose. Bonus Points if You Have This Communication Skills (Oral and Written) Customer Focus Able to plan and organize. Social and group skills Initiative Presentation skills. Teamwork skills.
