This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment and have a passion for connecting with people, coordinating hiring processes, and supporting employee benefits enrollment initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This role may require regular video meetings with management and team members for training, process reviews, recruiting updates, and performance discussions. Fluency in spoken and written English with little to no grammatical errors is required for effective communication. Responsibilities: Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and benefits-related programs. Assist with employee onboarding processes and benefits enrollment. Review and approve employee benefits requests and transactions. Support benefits enrollment, changes, and termination processes while ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time. Maintain and update employee benefits records in Google Sheets, benefits platforms, and internal databases. Review benefits paperwork and enrollment forms for completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with benefits providers, insurance carriers, and internal departments to resolve employee issues and discrepancies. Monitor eligibility requirements and assist with employee benefits audits and compliance activities. Track and follow up on outstanding benefits documentation and enrollment requirements. Support annual open enrollment activities, including employee communications and data verification. Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Provide other administrative and operational support for various HR functions and projects as needed. Perks: 13th month bonus 10 days of paid time (PTO) during the first year 6 US Holidays (see note below) Paid Training Employee Referral Bonus Specifics: Full-time role (40 hours per week) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EDT/EST (GMT-5), including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. This role may require availability for a rotating half-day Saturday shift (8:30 AM–12:30 PM EST), approximately once monthly or more as needed. Must have: Strong high-speed Wi-Fi Reliable microphone and camera Organized and professional home setup Qualifications: Experience in benefits administration, human resources, customer service, or administrative support preferred Strong written and verbal English communication skills Ability to professionally assist employees with benefits-related questions Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information Experience with HR systems, benefits platforms, CRM software, or similar tools is a plus Basic knowledge of employee benefits and enrollment processes is preferred Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Experience with employee onboarding, compliance, or auditing is a plus Why Native Pest Management: At Native Pest Management, we focus on creating long-term careers for our employees with clear paths for growth.
