Funciones y Responsabilidades Liderar la preparación y ejecución de estrategias dentro de un mercado definido, utilizando el Consultative Sales Thought Process (CSTP) para identificar oportunidades y adaptar soluciones para los usuarios finales. Gestionar un territorio geográfico definido mediante la planeación y programación de visitas a clientes para optimizar la cobertura y maximizar el potencial de crecimiento. Liderar y ejecutar sesiones de capacitación y demostraciones de producto para impulsar el conocimiento del portafolio, atender necesidades del cliente y generar demanda. Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los usuarios finales. Identificar oportunidades a través de una comunicación constante, seguimiento y contacto continuo para generar confianza e impulsar el crecimiento del negocio. Mantener un entendimiento del mercado, incluyendo necesidades del usuario, oportunidades de conversión, aplicaciones, productos, competencia y canales de distribución, con el fin de fortalecer la presencia de marca y aumentar el reconocimiento de la misma. Impulsar una gestión positiva del mix de productos para mejorar la rentabilidad general. Utilizar y analizar el CRM de manera diaria para la gestión de datos de clientes y planeación comercial, aprovechando objetivos de clientes, metas por categoría, oportunidades de conversión, iniciativas estratégicas y métricas financieras para mejorar el desempeño de ventas. Monitorear tendencias de la industria, actividades de la competencia y retroalimentación de clientes para identificar oportunidades comerciales y proporcionar recomendaciones al equipo de marketing de producto y liderazgo de ventas. Colaborar de manera multifuncional con miembros del equipo de Milwaukee Tool (incluyendo Especialistas de Ventas, Marketing y Servicio), compartiendo mejores prácticas, brindando retroalimentación y reforzando una mentalidad de “One Team”. Contribuir a iniciativas funcionales y multifuncionales, incluyendo cuentas secundarias, ferias comerciales y programas MIT, para impulsar el éxito del negocio. Conocimientos Técnicos y/o Funcionales Análisis y elaboración de reportes de datos a nivel intermedio. Planeación estratégica del territorio y priorización de cuentas. Negociación con clientes y venta basada en valor. Gestión proactiva del pipeline y oportunidades comerciales. Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, generando resultados medibles. Sólido conocimiento de productos y aplicaciones, con la capacidad de adaptar soluciones a las necesidades del cliente. Dominio de herramientas administrativas, incluyendo Microsoft Office, Workday, CONNECT+ (Oracle), Delzer, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI, RGA, CONCUR, Sproutloud y Qcommission.
