Your weekly responsibilities include responding promptly to incoming inquiries, shepherding families through each stage of the admissions process, and advancing them from curiosity to confirmed enrollment. • Reaching out to new inbound leads within a 24-hour window and opening admissions discussions via phone
• Describing Unbound Academy's virtual structure and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language
• Maintaining steady follow-up to advance families from initial inquiry through application to final enrollment
• Recording all engagement activity in a CRM, including detailed notes, planned next actions, and pipeline status
• Planning and facilitating local recruitment events across Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and capture prospective family information

• Allowing inbound leads to remain uncontacted while prioritizing administrative tasks
• Relying on scripted language or functioning as part of a high-volume call center operation
• Participating in events without actively presenting the school or pursuing lead generation
• Devoting most of your time to back-office duties during periods of active enrollment demand

• Located in Arizona and available to work in a hybrid capacity
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a comparable customer-facing position
• Background working with children or families (examples include schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or similar environments)
• At ease with making regular phone calls and guiding families through processes involving multiple steps
• Strong spoken communication abilities with a talent for building trust rapidly
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital lead management tools

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Background in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification functions
• Experience organizing or delivering presentations at community events or outreach initiatives
