Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive Remote Data Entry Manager to lead our data entry team. Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Documentation: Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting achievements, bottlenecks, and improvement plans.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline, OR equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a data entry supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably within a remote or distributed team setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team while meeting strict accuracy and deadline requirements.
  • Proficiency with data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Access, Google Sheets, Airtable), database concepts, and the full Microsoft Office suite.
