- Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM)
- Hands-on experience with Databricks
- Experience working on AWS Cloud
- Strong Product Owner / stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Agile environment
Domain Experience
- Preferred: P&C Insurance (Property & Casualty)
- Otherwise: General Insurance domain experience is acceptable
Nice to Have
- Data governance knowledge
- Experience with enterprise data platforms
- Understanding of policy, claims, and underwriting data
- Jira / Scrum tools exposure
