Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry & Content Analytics Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of analytical and strategic tasks. Your day-to-day work will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Apply Advanced Analytics Techniques: Utilize data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning methodologies on large-scale, high-dimensional datasets to help drive critical business decisions for arenaflex's content and marketing teams.
• Analyze User Behavior: Dive deep into customer behavior patterns, including genre preferences, viewing habits, and engagement metrics, to identify unmet customer needs and uncover untapped content opportunities for the arenaflex platform.
• Predict Content Engagement: Build predictive models to forecast content engagement levels, helping guide acquisition decisions and inform the content investment strategy at arenaflex.
• Optimize Release Strategy: Streamline and enhance our content launch and episode release strategies by leveraging data-driven insights to maximize reach and retention.
• Test Marketing Initiatives: Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental frameworks to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns aimed at boosting engagement and subscriber retention for arenaflex.
• Develop New Metrics and KPIs: Ideate, design, and develop innovative metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure content performance for both tactical and strategic decision-making across the organization.
• Provide Ad Hoc Analytical Support: Deliver timely, on-demand analytical support to internal stakeholders, helping them make informed, data-backed decisions that push the business forward at arenaflex.
• Communicate Findings Effectively: Present significant analytical results through compelling data storytelling, using verbal, written, and visual communication to make complex insights accessible to audiences across the entire arenaflex organization.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data entry, or a related analytical role, preferably within the media, entertainment, or streaming industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in SQL for data querying and manipulation, along with working experience in at least one of the following programming languages: R or Python.
