Your Day-to-Day Impact

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will spend the majority of your workday on the phone, engaging in warm, consultative conversations with consumers who have either expressed interest in our clients' services or have been identified as ideal candidates for additional offerings. You will be the bridge between curiosity and conversion—listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and using our proven scripts to guide each conversation to a successful outcome. When the moment is right, you will seamlessly transfer qualified prospects to a sales representative at the client, ensuring a smooth handoff and a stellar customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a High Volume of Inbound and Outbound Calls: Make and receive phone calls throughout your shift, professionally and confidently engaging customers in meaningful conversations that qualify them for next steps.
  • Follow Strategic Call Scripts: Use our tested conversation frameworks to guide discussions, personalize interactions, and identify the best outcomes for both the customer and the client.
  • Accurately Document Customer Interactions: Record detailed, accurate information about each conversation in our internal systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting ongoing performance analysis.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong Communication Skills: You speak clearly, listen actively, and adapt your tone to connect with a wide variety of customers.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred): Formal education is valued, but your attitude, effort, and results matter most.
  • Residency in Texas: This remote position is open to candidates who currently reside in the state of Texas.
  • Quiet, Professional Home Workspace: A dedicated area free from background noise and interruptions, equipped with the required technology (see below).

Preferred Experience and Strengths

  • Previous call center, customer service, telesales, or phone-based customer engagement experience is a strong plus.
  • Military experience is highly valued, including the discipline, structure, and communication skills developed through service.

Technical and Equipment Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote experience, all specialists must meet the following minimum technical standards. arenaflex is committed to setting you up for success, and these requirements help us deliver consistent, high-quality service to our clients and their customers.

Hardware Requirements (Minimum)

  • Computer Type: Windows-based Desktop or Laptop PC only. Apple/Mac, Tablets, Smart devices, Chromebooks, and Android systems are not compatible with our systems.
  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • Screen Resolution: Minimum 1366x768. Laptop users should plan to add a separate monitor of 19 inches or larger for optimal productivity.
  • RAM: 4 GB minimum
  • CPU: Dual-core processor at 2 GHz minimum
  • Free Disk Space: 20 GB minimum
  • USB Ports: Two available USB ports minimum
  • USB Headset: Logitech H390 or equivalent high-quality USB headset
  • Mouse: Standard wired or wireless mouse (touchpads are not supported for this role)
  • Anti-Virus Protection: Windows Defender or Microsoft Essentials enabled and up to date

Internet Requirements (Minimum)

  • Connection Type: Home DSL, Cable, or Fiber with a wired Ethernet connection required. Public or private WiFi, WiMax, Satellite, dial-up, cellular, and hotspots are not compatible.
  • Connection Speed: Consistent 5 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, with latency under 300 ms. Connection must be tested using the Amazon WorkSpaces health check, selecting US West (Oregon) to confirm a rating of "Acceptable" or "Fast."
  • Smartphone: A modern smartphone is required for two-factor authentication.

Compensation and Schedule

This is a full-time, remote position with a starting rate of $15.00 per hour. We offer flexible shift options between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, allowing you to design a schedule that fits your life while still meeting business needs. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with regular opportunities for performance-based advancement.
