Role Overview

In this full‑time co‑op position, you will work closely with the Crew Resources and Planning department to identify manual processes ripe for automation, develop data pipelines, and deliver insights that reduce cost and improve efficiency. You will be based in California, with the opportunity to rotate through three distinct work cycles in Atlanta, GA, gaining exposure to multiple facets of arenaflex’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL and data‑visualization tools to streamline data collection and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to map existing manual workflows and propose automation solutions.
  • Write and test scripts in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages to support data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to crew scheduling, resource allocation, and cost savings.

Essential Qualifications
