Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, detail‑oriented individuals for the role of Data Entry & Content Moderator within our arenaflex Media Exchange (AMX) team. This position is based in California with a hybrid schedule that includes three days per week on‑site at our New York City office (alternating weeks). You will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and AI engineers to ensure that the data feeding our predictive models is accurate, clean, and ethically curated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review, validate, and moderate user‑generated content to ensure compliance with arenaflex’s ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data requirements and translate business questions into actionable data sets.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data pipelines, moderation workflows, and quality‑control procedures.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of A/B tests, experimental designs, and causal inference studies that drive product improvements.
  • Utilize Python and SQL to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency across structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and trends within large data collections, and communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, presenting insights, progress updates, and recommendations for data‑driven decision making.
  • Support the development of predictive models by providing clean, well‑annotated training data and by helping to evaluate model performance.
  • Maintain a proactive stance on data privacy, security, and compliance, adhering to industry standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience applying modern AI techniques to build predictive models for classification or regression problems.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
