We are expanding our remote workforce in Brazil and are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Data Entry Specialist to support the growth of our third-party (3P) marketplace in the USA. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in acquiring, organizing, and managing high-value product data that directly impacts our selection expansion, competitive pricing strategies, and overall customer experience.

This role is chartered with studying product selection gaps, executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and attracting key marketplace sellers to join our growing e-commerce ecosystem. Your work will help maximize our product selection breadth and expand our global customer base — all from the comfort of your home in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonality, global e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and competitive activities in the USA market.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential third-party sellers to the arenaflex platform through structured outreach, virtual events, and professional presentations.
  • Guide new and existing sellers by sharing best practices for online selling, including data-driven insights that help them achieve high standards of delivery performance, customer experience, and business growth.
  • Analyze product selection gaps, monitor competitor offerings, and recommend strategic actions to strengthen arenaflex's catalog across multiple categories.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve seller concerns, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term partner satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of seller accounts, product listings, pricing data, and performance metrics using our proprietary internal systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Support the execution of go-to-market strategies designed to attract key marketplace players and expand the arenaflex product portfolio.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and seller engagement across the 3P marketplace.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations that summarize marketplace trends, seller performance, and competitive intelligence for the broader team.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • 1 to 3 years of successful business experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience — or strong interest — in promoting new products or services into emerging markets is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment, with a genuine enthusiasm for success and continuous improvement.
  • Strong business judgment, complemented by exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid analytical and quantitative abilities, with comfort working alongside complex financial and performance data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • 3 years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus.
  • 3 years of direct sales experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketplace seller tools, CRM platforms, or e-commerce analytics dashboards.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with additional languages considered a strong asset.
