Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage live chat sessions, delivering clear, concise, and accurate information about arenaflex’s shipping processes.
  • Enter and update shipment details—including sender/receiver addresses, package dimensions, and service level selections—while maintaining a 99.5% accuracy rate.
  • Monitor chat queues, prioritize high‑impact requests, and ensure response times consistently meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot complex data entry scenarios, sharing knowledge through internal documentation and training sessions.
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews, providing insights on chat volume trends, common customer questions, and opportunities for automation.
