Key Responsibilities

- Validate and reconcile data against source documents, identifying and correcting discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Utilize SQL Server Management Studio to run queries, extract data sets, and generate reports that support the COB team’s operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Claims, Provider Relations, and IT—to resolve data‑related issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation of data entry procedures, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across the team.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting automation opportunities and process enhancements based on data trends.

Essential Qualifications
