Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume, high‑accuracy data entry for Medicaid Coordination of Benefits, ensuring all member, provider, and claim details are entered into the arenaflex QNXT system.
  • Validate and reconcile data against source documents, identifying and correcting discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Utilize SQL Server Management Studio to run queries, extract data sets, and generate reports that support the COB team’s operational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Claims, Provider Relations, and IT—to resolve data‑related issues and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of data entry procedures, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across the team.
  • Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting automation opportunities and process enhancements based on data trends.
  • Provide timely and professional communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, addressing inquiries and delivering status updates.
  • Assist in training new hires on arenaflex data entry tools, policies, and compliance requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Information Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in health‑care data entry, claims processing, or a similar role, preferably within a Medicaid environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with QNXT (or comparable health‑care management systems) and strong command of SQL Server Management Studio for data extraction and analysis.
  • Analytical Ability: Demonstrated capacity to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non‑technical audiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Unwavering focus on accuracy, with a track record of maintaining error‑free data entry in fast‑paced environments.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macro development.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights to leadership.
