  • CV Database Management: Organize, update, and maintain our comprehensive database of curriculum vitae (CVs) with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Ensure all records are properly categorized, filed, and easily accessible for our recruitment team.
  • Data Entry & Information Processing: Enter, input, and transcribe relevant information from CVs and candidate documents into our system. Maintain the highest standards of precision and completeness while capturing essential candidate details, skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Candidate Communication: Liaise professionally with team members and candidates to gather additional details, clarify information, or request missing documentation. Represent arenaflex with warmth, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
  • Quality Assurance & Auditing: Conduct regular audits and verification checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our CV database. Identify and correct any discrepancies, errors, or outdated information promptly.
  • Confidentiality & Data Protection: Handle sensitive and confidential candidate information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Strictly adhere to data protection policies, privacy regulations, and arenaflex's security protocols at all times.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing our CV management processes, data entry workflows, and overall recruitment efficiency. Participate actively in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records, generate reports as needed, and ensure all documentation meets aren't aflex's standards and regulatory requirements.
