Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Compliance

• Enter, verify, and maintain accurate HR compliance data, including fingerprint submissions, background checks, and clearance letters.
• Process daily FBI fingerprint records into the Access database, promptly identifying and resolving any data discrepancies.
• Audit completed fingerprint applications for accuracy, ensuring proper transmission to the TSA Clearinghouse and other regulatory bodies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date relationships with TSA, airport authorities, U.S. Customs, and the U.S. Postal Service to facilitate smooth data exchanges.

Reporting & Analysis

• Design, develop, and maintain custom dashboards and reports that provide visibility into HR compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with the HRIS and EC (Enterprise Compliance) teams to reconcile data across multiple systems, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Perform high‑level data analysis to identify trends, potential compliance gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal clients, providing timely updates on compliance status and addressing inquiries.
• Facilitate training sessions and knowledge‑sharing workshops on government requirements, internal processes, and best practices.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to the continuous enhancement of compliance workflows.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in an HR compliance or data‑entry role, preferably within a regulated industry.
