  • Analyze “no‑show” patterns, investigate root causes, and develop actionable insights to improve student attendance.
  • Conduct outreach to parents and guardians during evenings and weekends to understand attendance gaps, documenting findings and collaborating with program coordinators on remediation strategies.
  • Resolve inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently, turning potential challenges into positive experiences for families.
  • Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of arenaflex’s program offerings, policies, and updates to provide accurate information and recommendations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish; fluency in reading and writing Spanish is mandatory.
